Working on the Oh Bombay project has been a rewarding experience for Sarkar Interiors. Each location of this fine dining restaurant chain is a testament to our commitment to personalized design that respects the local ambiance and caters to the clientele’s expectations. The Milton location, with its unique combination of a sweet counter, bar, and dining area, was a particularly exciting challenge. We successfully created a space that seamlessly integrates multiple functions under one roof, offering Indian sweets, a sophisticated bar, and a fine dining experience.
In Niagara Falls, we collaborated with two young partners new to the restaurant industry who sought to explore and establish their business in the hospitality sector. Their enthusiasm and vision inspired us to craft a space that was both innovative and welcoming. Similarly, the Milton location’s owners, also new to the restaurant field, aimed to dive into the industry with a distinctive concept. Our design incorporated unique ideas that brought their dream project to life, reflecting their fresh perspective and ambition.
