HERBS in Nova Scotia is a restaurant project for a couple in their 50s who moved from India with high hopes and dreams. Despite having no prior experience in the restaurant industry, they were very energetic and deeply involved in the project, aiming to create a vegetarian and vegan haven.

Project Description

The HERBS restaurant in Nova Scotia is a testament to the couple’s vision of creating an inviting vegetarian and vegan dining experience. The design concept revolves around earthy tones and sustainability, reflecting the natural and organic essence of their menu. We used sustainable products throughout the design, ensuring that every element came from nature. The space features bright colors, custom lighting, and unique furniture, all crafted to enhance the organic atmosphere. This project allowed us to showcase our commitment to eco-friendly design, integrating neutral and earthy tones to create a warm and inviting space. HERBS is one of our early projects outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and it stands out for its beautiful color palette and organic materials. The combination of custom lights and bespoke furniture brings a unique charm to the restaurant, making it a welcoming place for patrons seeking a healthy and sustainable dining experience.
